HOW DOES IT WORK?
STAGE 1
Initial Enquiry
How lovely to hear from you!
Once I receive your enquiry I will always start by having an initial chat with you to understand a little more about your project, budget and what it is you are hoping to receive from your designer.
This phase of getting to know each other is so important, especially if you are hoping to invite me into your home! The first chat we have is always so exciting. For me, it is wonderful to hear all of the exciting plans that my clients have. And for you, it can really feel like the first step to making your dreams a reality!
STAGE 2
Design Concept
Let's build your schemes!
After our initial chat, your design package will be confirmed and we will begin working on your designs! The design concept phase is where we create mood boards and visuals, colour schemes and initial layouts to give you an overall idea of your new plan!
If we are working on a concept only package like the Kickstarter, these documents are usually available 2-3 weeks from our agreement and depending on how many rooms we are working on.
For larger projects we will create a bespoke timeline for your project, and will set to work on your initial schemes before we meet again and discuss the next phase.
This is such an exciting phase as we get to have some fun coming up with ideas together!
STAGE 3
Next Steps
What happens when the Design Concepts are ready?
What happens next depends what is included in our project
agreement.
If we are working on multiple phases of your project together this is the time that we would review the initial concept designs, and make plans for the next phase. This could be getting approvals from your architect or builders, looking for tenders, or narrowing down layout options and completing detailed designs ready for the build phase.
If we have a concept only package booked like the Kickstarter, we will review the designs together and make a final scheme plan. When you are happy with your final designs, you will be able to take away your design package and implement this in your own time!
Whichever package you are following, Riches Interiors will be on hand to guide you and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
